1. Check in was easy, though some people I was with had some issues with a seemingly under-trained front desk staff member.

4. Between the King Bed reservation issue and her push for this Murphy Bed, I was left with the impression that the hotel was overbooked and the lady was trying to talk someone into these Murphy Beds.

5. The only issue I had with the hotel was at check-in I was informed that I did not request a King Bed and told only a Double Room or a Murphy Bed room was available.

7. Our check in was very efficient & the request for a king room was issued with no problem - which I always appreciate, understanding that when you Priceline a room, you often take what you get.

8. The rooms all open up to an open air type set-up overlooking the lobby and the noise from the convention would sometimes be a bit much, but it was a one time issue and other visits have never had a problem.
