1. When I prepaid my reservation on-line for the Hyatt, I specifically requested a quiet room in the corner on a higher floor, to avoid the often noisy atrium.

5. Another plus is that this hotel is connected to the Midwest Airlines Convention Center by a sky bridge so there was no need to go outside unless you wanted to, and you could avoid wearing an overcoat, rain gear, etc.
