5. I'll never stay at a Hyatt again, utterly ridiculous they couldn't honor a negotiated room rate that someone has reserved a room for that still fell in the negotiated date range.

A month ago I reserved my room from 11/10-11/12 then found out as a bridesmaid my sister needs me there sooner than the day before, when I called up to extend my reservation to be 11/9-11/12 which is STILL within the date ranges this hotel agreed to they told me they could not give me that night at the wedding block rate that I'd have to pay a much higher room rate.

7. Unfortunately the full service restaurant is entirely closed at this time - which also lent a bit of a 'dated / neglected' feel to the property despite rooms & common spaces being updated.

9. First Impressions - tight parking by check in, 2 polite ladies working check in (but there was a line of 4 people), dated decor, room is ok but not real clean - bobby pin on the floor along with a hair tie -- grosses me out.
