6. The only downside (albeit a small one) was that during high traffic times, the elevators seemed to have difficulty parsing the floor requests and I found myself waiting over 5 minutes for an elevator on several occasions.

8. On the downside, the actual street-level entrances to the hotel are somewhat dark and foreboding, especially from 3rd or 4th Street.
