2. We had a problem at check out, my boyfriend happily paid and then when he looked a the bill afterwards he realized that there were some bar tabs on our bill that could not have been ours.

5. The rooms all open up to an open air type set-up overlooking the lobby and the noise from the convention would sometimes be a bit much, but it was a one time issue and other visits have never had a problem.

7. The main problems were the lack of free wi-fi which you would come to expect in a hotel such as this.
