3. sadly, as with most "luxury" hotels I've run into, they haven't caught on that it's 2009 and if I can get free wifi at McDonald's, the library, and even some public parks, then it really should be complimentary with the room.

5. If you are expecting the consistency of quality and refinement similar to the historic section of Chicago`s Inter-Continental Hotel, the former Medinah Athletic Club, you will be sadly disappointed .
