Our only two
complaint
s are: 1) There is no hot tub/whirlpool in the pool area (and the heated pool was about 60 degrees) and 2) The rooms are connected to each other via a door (not uncommon) but the door had to have been hollow particle board as you literally could hear conversations in the room next door when using normal speaking volumes.

My only real
complaint
s are the 'gift shop' was almost non existent, the grab and go food at the Cafe Pfister wasn't very good and quite expensive, and the view from our room was mostly of the alley way (room 542).

The only
complaint
I have is that the smell of the wood smoke from the kitchen permeated the room and that was not pleasant.
