1. My only issue during the stay was that the cleaning staff failed to properly make my bed - when I returned to the room, the comforter was pulled up and neatly folder, but all the sheets and a blanket were bunched up / balled up underneath the comforter.
"Look no further for Milwaukee lodging! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2012 Vote
2. The pluses definitely out weighed the only little issue so we will absolutely be returning to the Pfister when we visit Milwaukee again.

3. We loved our room although had a couple of issues but when I called the front desk they were immediately seen to.

4. Be warned that there appear to be maintenance issues in some of the guestrooms, but as long as you can live with them, then you should be happy enough with your stay at the Pfister.
"A surprise in downtown Milwaukee " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/18/2012 Vote
5. My only issue was something that is subjective and that was the bed.
"Very opulent hotel in the heart of Milwaukee " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/26/2011 Vote
6. The room was probably a tick below average in size, but that wasn't really an issue as I have stayed in smaller rooms in older properties.

7. We ran into an issue when the kids got red itchy eyes from swimming ( not using goggles and opening their eyes under water will do this) and the hotel was out of eye drops, they sent someone over to offer to go out and buy them for us ( along with pool goggles) because we did not have a car .
"Amazing Customer Service ! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/12/2011 Vote
8. It was a bit more inconvenient sharing with a family member, in the older room, but not a major issue.
"Spoiled for any other hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/10/2011 Vote
9. I had 2 issues during my stay (please see my review of the Mason St Grill) and the pillows were very flimsy and we needed 2 of them, but really, if that is all I have to complain about then I qualify my stay as 5 star.
"What a great place! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/20/2011 Vote
10. Spacious rooms, adequate fitness center, fantastic staff (my only issue was a dirty iron, and a new one, still warm from them testing it before giving it to me, was rushed to my room in less than 10 minutes) and a serious touch of class.
"All the benefits (and short comings) of a seriously classy hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/10/2009 Vote
