2. I had 2 issues during my stay (please see my review of the Mason St Grill) and the pillows were very flimsy and we needed 2 of them, but really, if that is all I have to complain about then I qualify my stay as 5 star.

4. We were still looking around our room, slack jawed in amazement at how great it was, when room service arrived with complimentary bubbly (it was Cava and not Champagne, but for free we weren't complaining) and chocolate strawberries.
