front desk, all seeming to care nothing about their guests (which kind of defeats the purpose of paying $15 for parking and mid $200s a night).

guy said that there was nothing that he could do that we had to wait until next day 7am we were sweaty and tired and he totally didnt care, thenwe found our bags went to our new room wich the door to the balcony did not lock either.

, said 'take it up with Expedia' (even though they have a contractual relationship and Embassy Suites was, i was later informed, obligated to comply with the reservation).
