1. My biggest complaint (and another repair the front desk knew about) is the water never got warm enough to take a decent shower.

5. I had a hard time communicating with room service and most of the hotel staff, they all barely spoke english, and only a few of them wore name tags, so if you had a complaint you could give a name but to describe the person.
