1. The trip to the dock was $10/pp which I figured was quite reasonable, although the small mini van was very crowded and extremely difficult for some of the older passengers to get into.

2. The hotel is difficult to get to if you are unsure of the roads as there are one way systems and different slip roads you need to take also the pool was too shaded and the pool was freezing.

3. During both these times the hotel can be very busy and it can be difficult to find somewhere to sit depending on how many groups are staying at the hotel.

4. It was very difficult to get someone to check the mail, and there often were several people waiting to speak to the person in charge of those things.
