6. For 110 dollars it has what you would expect but it is outrageous to charge for wifi especially when the business centre and hard wire connection is free.

7. I had a hard time communicating with room service and most of the hotel staff, they all barely spoke english, and only a few of them wore name tags, so if you had a complaint you could give a name but to describe the person.
