2. Valet parking attendents worked so hard in the 100+ degree heat, and were always nice, polite, and as quick as possible.

7. Check in was ok, but from the room, the building and the staff it is hard to understand how this hotel still has a flag as a Hilton product.

8. When I checked in, the room I was sent to was nice, the floor was clean, and updated, however the air conditioner made a very loud noise, so loud, that when I call the front desk about it, they had a hard time hearing me.

10. How hard is it to cut up a few fresh potatoes and cook them? All in all, the location was great and the front desk staff were some of the nicest and courteous we`ve ever experienced.
