6. The bad: Some network channels didn't work (stinks during NFL playoffs), the shower head leaked a bit, the air was a little loud at night, and the shampoo wasn't replaced during my stay.

7. Now the Doubletree wanted to send us to a low class hotel in a bad part of town and a $35 cab ride each way to where we wanted to go.
