7. I stopped at the front desk to tell them about the dirty room and the front desk attendant was completely obnoxious.

8. The negatives were that we had 4 people and were never given enough towels, the floor was so dirty that I was afraid to walk on it without socks and that room had no lighting to speak of so I was glad this wasn't a business trip.
