1. The room was very nice and clean,overlooking the busy Greyhound bus station; the noise wasn't all that bad but I would avoid it in a future stay.

2. The location was great- not on Beale street, so we avoided some extra noise at night I'm sure, but it was a four or five block walk there, so we meandered down there at about 10 p.
