1. BOTTOM LINE:Every hotel has potential to have mechanical problems no matter how high quality they are, things just happen.

I didn't receive a call back in 5 minutes to reassign my room, but rather the front desk supervisor showed up in person with a new room key, apologized in person for the problem with the AC, and advised me that I would receive a room upgrade in the larger room, highest floor of the Kress building which normally is rented for a higher fee.
