4. wi-fi did not work for 2/3 of trip, breakfast was not very yummy and items ran out quickly, breakfast sitting area was always very overcrowded and it was difficult to find a seat, parking was a major hassle the whole trip (ended up parking in tow-away zones most of the time, as there were no available spots even though we had paid for one), trolley outside is noisy, room was just average, harassed by "homeless" people every night outside hotel areatrolley is convenient and stops by frequently, walking distance to Beale St.
