1. Not much to complain about except the sink area for getting ready (two people can't fit at same time) and the complete lack of a full length mirror.

5. It was a delightful meal with many staff members on hand to keep it stocked ( I figure they read earlier criticism about the lack of staff and fixed the issue) The room was well equipped.

7. There wasn't even another customer in the lobby so I didn't understand the attitude/lack of friendliness, it's not like he was swamped and too busy to be nice.

9. When we queried it, he said it was because the hotel was fully booked, however it was very obvious by the lack of customers during our 3 days that the hotel was far from booked out, in fact the breakfast room ususally had 3 or 4 occupied tables at a time, if that.
