2. If you are travelling to Sun Studios and/or Graceland, there is a free shuttle bus which runs from the rock and Soul museum to Sun Studios and Graceland.

3. As others have noted, this hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of Beale Street, the FedEx Center, Autozone Park, rock and Soul Museum and the National Civil Rights Museum (or take the trolley to the latter).
