My daughter and I stayed on the 10th floor and had a small
issue
of lukewarm showers (I was the first one taking a 10-15 min shower and had no problem; my daughter went about 20 minutes after I got out and didn't have the luxury of hot water for her whole shower).

we had was that we had to book it through Expedia (when you call the hotel, you are sent to Expedia).
"Excellent location and staff (although no king bed) but DO NOT book it via Expedia!! "
