1. Our comforter was dirty, and upon asking for a replacement, the employee checked with us when we saw him next to make sure the issue had been resolved.

8. My daughter and I stayed on the 10th floor and had a small issue of lukewarm showers (I was the first one taking a 10-15 min shower and had no problem; my daughter went about 20 minutes after I got out and didn't have the luxury of hot water for her whole shower).
