1. What type of manager leaves for the day when they know they have a customer service problem at the front desk?That being said, the hotel has a good location, and my room was clean and well equipped.

10. The room on the 12th floor was fine, but the room on the 8th floor had the unfortunate problem that there were massive amounts of what seemed to be pubic hair throughout the room, in the bed and in the bathroom.
