2. Our one and only complaint was the bed, which offered virtually no support - I'm not sure if we got an older mattress, because Residence Inn's beds are usually very comfortable .

4. Our only complaints were that the place (as many Marriott hotels unfortunately do) lacked personality, and that the walls were very thin.

5. Our only complaint was that the Studio Suite was a little claustrophobic as the Queen bed is actually in a small alcove and the large closet is in the bathroom.

6. My only complaint is that all rooms have a full kitchen and someone had cooked the night before we arrived, which resulted in this very unpleasant smell for the 2 nights of our stay, even with the windows open & the cleaner trying her best to get rid of the smell it still persisted.

7. If I didn`t however I would have raised a complaint and requested to be moved to the front of the hotel which I am sure they could have dealt with.

8. My only complaint is that it said it had a pool & it in fact does not only a small Jacuzzi on the roof, which is nice.

9. My only complaint, and I admit it`s petty, is that they have a tiny 'convenience store' where items are terribly overpriced.
