2. unfortunately despite being the 'official' hotel of the theme park they didn't seem to offer any discounts on admission.

3. Room comes with 3 towels- there were 4 of us (2 kids) and so we asked housekeeping for more towels- they were prompt and brought us 4 extra towels but unfortunately 3 out of 4 towels were heavily stained (see pics).

6. We asked for plain bagel, unfortunately, at 11am they ran out of plain bagel and served us raisin cinnamon bagel and charged us $2 for the cream cheese.

7. We sort of expected (half-hoped) that they would have a shuttle to the Bowl; unfortunately it wasn't one of the stops so we just cabbed it.

8. Its close proximety to Universal Studios was our reason for booking, unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations, as the sheets were torn or stained and the water did hot flow down the plug hole but built up in the bath.

9. We unfortunately arrived just after their airport shuttle and had to wait about 1/2 hour to check in as all the folks from the shuttle were ahead of us.

10. It's quite unfortunate that LA is a very 'drive' oriented place to go, so I think it's safe to say that I wouldn't choose LA as a 'vacation' spot for me.
