1. We had a noise issue due to the people next door (small infant) and the front desk could not have nicer about quickly moving us to a new room.

We arrived at the hotel and firstly delighted that the hotel has no issue or snobbery about people paying in cash for the duration of their stay provided we either pay for incidentals in advance or guarantee them with a credit card, it was quite a funny moment when with the front desk we were sure we were only staying 9 nights and the concierge said our stay was 10 nights a thrilling game of 3 people counting nights and days on our fingers began (It was our jet lag in the end and we had booked 10 nights).

8. only real issues we had with the room was with with the toilet, it was always reluctant to flush for some reason.

9. My only issues were that they charge extra for everything (parking, internet etc) and that they did not make up our room the first day, but they brought us extra towels and coffee very quickly when we requested them.
