1. I have repeatedly raised a concern to the front desk every morning of my stay regarding the broken air conditioner but have not had any success.

2. I did suddenly realise that the bracing bar and internal lock on the outside balcony window was broken, went to reception and an engineer with his trolley was there almost immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes and apologised for the lock not working.
