8. All in all I was quite pleased with the cleanliness and location, but from the bottom of my heart and speaking from alot of traveling experience, this was the worst and rudest staff and management my business partners and I have ever, ever encountered.

9. This was my 4th visit to LA and I have stayed at other 3 star hotels such as Holiday Inn Torrance and Hilton Garden Inn Lax/El Segundo (both were magical) - but the housekeeping at this hotel was the worst.
