1. There were stains on the sheets and a terrible smell in the hallways.

8. I avoided staying here the last three trips but after the terrible service I had last time at the Westin and reading the recent reviews on Trip Advisor, I decided to give the Holiday Inn across the street another chance; I made the right choice.
