1. After much screaming, tearing hair out and long phone calls, we were forced to remain at the hotel and share beds, as well as paying hundreds of dollars just to park our cars.

2. That said, it seems there are still the usual weekend discount rough guests; my first room, on the executive level, had a few "dings" and tears, from the wallpaper to the upholstery, quite a shock, since the renovation had been completed only a few months earlier.

3. There was a tear in that plastic and a piece of cement was stuck to it, that meant the the little bit of wind that was blowing would blow the plastic wrap with cement on it into our window and make a loud 'ting' noise.
