5. Attending the restaurant gave a satisfying meal spoiled by them adding an 18% gratuity to the bill whether they gave good service or not? Location is bad as there is nothing to walk to unless you can hike 2 miles to the nearest Target store which is not a great position when you're there on the day of the Oscars.

10. The construction going on is really noisy, the air is bad, and there are some bugs on the 1st floor (none in the rooms as far as I know).
