1. Air-Con was very smelly, they tried to fix but everyday we came back to the room it smelled just as bad.

9. The next on the 'hills' (quiet) side of the hotel on the 4th floor was a disabled friendly room with a shower curtain and a stool in the shower, but this one had an overwhelming smell of mould.

10. I suspect the plumbing needs a good rinse out to remove that 'stale waste water' smell (comes from the drain in the showers) and they would be fine.
