1. I sent a complaint to the general manager and also to the corporate office and to this day have not received any response.

2. I travelled for business and so the only complaint I have is the charge for wifi which I think nowadays should be free as standard.

3. My only complaint would be that the hotel suffers a little from style over substance, just silly oversights like the blinds do not cover the windows properly.

4. Another complaint was the charge for WiFi which is ridiculous when most budget hotels offer it for free - there are plenty of places nearby that do offer it for free.
