2. This would've been a perfect rating If I did get my room upgrade which was said I would since I was an Expedia elite member but they said they didn't have an upgrade available so I said fine not a problem and requested a late check out instead which they said wouldn't be a problem.

3. If you are a heavy sleeper or really enjoys partying, I don`t think you`ll have a problem with the Sofitel Los Angeles.

4. The problem with trip advisor is that some people how travel would find a whole in the floor ok to be used in place of a toilet.

5. Little inconsistency on the service (one night they forgot the turndown while i was away of my room), but this was not a problem.

7. To my knowledge, of the many hotels I've stayed at, they always do follow-up's if/when problems occur.

8. The rooms are a bit small but that isn't a problem for me when visiting LA as I would rather be outside.

9. The problem is that they've let alot of things go in the rooms (leaky plumbing, stains on the carpets, drapes, and furniture).
