1. The only downside was that the rooms were not very soundproof, you could hear the continuous sirens from police cars / fire trucks etc constantly.

10. Hotel is full of contradictions as far as having some excellent features such as top-notch furnishings and very helpful and knowledgeable concierge, yet having some serious downsides - including just about the worst sound-proofing this frequent traveler has ever encountered.
