1. We were shocked as previous to los angeles we had been in Las Vegas and had budgeted our money for both trips as we needed to take into consideration food as well as day trips etc.

2. When we called for a shower cap, condiments for the coffee/tea, room slippers and body lotion, we were shocked the only request which was correct were the room slippers.

3. Concierge was nice but not very helpful, front desk was cold and robotic, witnessed a fight between a valet manager and one of the valets (he was yelling loudly in another laguage and we were standing there for a few minutes in shock of this outburst), valet we cold and unfriendly.

4. A lot of reviewers are shocked at the price of room service and the items in the mini fridge, but seriously, you`re staying at a 4 star hotel within 2 miles of Beverly Hills, what do you expect? I wouldn`t be stupid enough to order room service or grab anything out of the fridge.
