2. Security said to their suprise the TV wasn't on that loud, so I assume it was because the TV was near the adjoining door.

5. The heater/air conditioning unit was exceptionally loud so the choice was to swelter under the thick comforter or to not sleep due to the noise.

6. Concierge was nice but not very helpful, front desk was cold and robotic, witnessed a fight between a valet manager and one of the valets (he was yelling loudly in another laguage and we were standing there for a few minutes in shock of this outburst), valet we cold and unfriendly.

7. Last, the hotel never left coffee containers for the in-room coffee maker until I finally started to complain loudly on the third day (at which point they pointedly left more than a person could use on a table in the middle of the room rather than by the coffeemaker).
