1. The gym is simply fantstic with a variety of amenities for the regular gym rat, we did not run into the crowded problem of other travellers and we were here for a week during spring break.

3. 00 am because i had heard nothing more, and in fact I was wrong Blanca was not the rudest most arrogant person you would ever meet, this title goes to Tim, who was today's duty manager, but he had no idea, of any problems, and in fact found it quite funny.

4. I stayed in one of the Luxury suites, which was very nice, did have a problem with the A/C which I reported 3 times, before a engineer came, just before I was going out for a dinner reservation and decided not much he could do, he said he would report in to Duty Manager, and we went out, when we returned at 11.

5. we had one huge problem at the begining that our rooms were situated about 300 yards apart.

6. It was 5 miles or so to most things, and while the hotel will take you to a shopping mall - LA traffic is a major problem if you are short on time.

7. So, the mentality is that you wait for an incident to happen and then you address the problem Like closing the gate after the horse has escaped.

8. I mentioned this to the front office and they put me through to security and they indicated to me they did not think it was a problem as the hotel was in a safe area.

9. I did not have any problems, nor did I have to deal with loud mouth, but another guest did and I had the pleasure of hearing loud mouth get snippy.

10. I spoke with a manager about it and the problem was immediately rectified by manager dSteve Choe Ever since, I have used this hotel as my de facto West Coast home base for all of my entertainment-related client activities.
