1. I would not stay again purely as I was not happy with the lack of reward/benefits for being a top member of their loyalty programme.

The spa belongs to an outside company, so not under his control< the A/C is an ongoing problem>>>> but to me my time is too precious and I would never stay at this hotel again, and it is all down to the Staff's attitude and lack of direction and training, because as I mentioned everything is in place at this hotel.

6. A quibbling detail is that the concierge lacked a little in that they had no knowledge of a vegetarian friendly restaurant between there and the beach.

7. The only downside to staying here is the lack of restaurants in Century City but it's only a 5 minute drive and there are plenty.
