4. i had to be near beverly hills to attend to the death of a dear friend there, and having stayed in this wonderful hotel once before, had no question as to where i`d stay during this difficult time.

5. I am not sure if its because we were Priceline customers and they felt we were given suites(we did not ask for upgrades) or if Front desk just was being difficult, but the service staff on enquiry did tell me the hotel was not full.
