In the Service industry these days, it sometimes is
difficult
to get a staff all on the same page--working for the customer---other hotels would be wise to pay a visit here and learn how it's done-- the correct way.

i had to be near beverly hills to attend to the death of a dear friend there, and having stayed in this wonderful hotel once before, had no question as to where i`d stay during this

I am not sure if its because we were Priceline customers and they felt we were given suites(we did not ask for upgrades) or if Front desk just was being
difficult
, but the service staff on enquiry did tell me the hotel was not full.
