1. As far as complaints, this may be fairly minor, but it annoyed me to no end- the hotel does not offer complimentory coffee in the morning.

3. The ONLY complaint: why do they make up the beds with DOWN COMFORTERS????? In THAT heat???? They DO have a shuttle that is free and will take you to downtown Key West although it will only drop you off in one place, no diversions.
