4. Our first room (#324) came with blood/other stained carpets which had clearly outstayed their welcome, grey (not by manufacture) thread-bare net curtains, badly stained walls, dirty sheets and a rather odd (but not in a nice way) smell which I coulndn't quite put my finger on.

5. The property looked OK on the Sheraton website (well, they are not going to make it look bad I suppose) but to say it is grubby is probably giving them the benefit of the doubt.

7. When I asked her if she had checked that all the laundry was there, she answered me that it was my duty to check that ??? Well, I think we can all have bad days, can`t we ? and c) Breakfast is OK.

10. Once we checked in at the Sheraton all the bad faded, the staff was wonderful and very helpful, the rooms are huge and I loved their shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
