1. The staff did nothing for us but I later heard they camped breakfast and drinks for the other guy that complained.

3. We called the front desk to complain at which time the general manager was not at all helpful and informed us more or less to deal with it because they were sold out.

4. Why couldn`t they move our luggage? When I complained at the front desk after the 2nd night about the fleas, there were no apologizes, but rather the front desk person said 'eww'.

10. Some have complained about the hotel being 2-3 miles from downtown but one thing we did was bring our bicycles with us on or trip.
