The elevators in the hotel were down, electrical panels in the hotel were exposed, screens on most windows were torn, baseboards on most hallways were not on, broken wood trim everywhere, the driver for the shuttle leaves 5 to 10 minutes early dropping you to and from town so you always miss the shuttle unless you are early by at least 10 minutes, the staff in all areas of the hotel should be replaced except Ed the Manager.
