1. The only problem we had was something that the hotel couldn't control, we were down there during the record cold wave.

2. The problems seemed to be with the hotel's office staff, concierge and room service, which seemed indifferent and were sluggish to respond, and often had to be called twice for the same request.

3. You do need a reservation at the Latitudes restaurant, but if you are flexible about times shouldn't be a problem.

4. The rooms for the most part have problems with noise from AC condensors, theirs or the neighbors, or there's a boat in the harbor with a diesel generator running all night.

7. Our second cottage (we had to move because of flight problems and a lack of vacancy in our first cottage) was a three bedroom that was spacious but dark and very very much in need of a makeover.

8. Ummm, isn`t that where most people put food??? I`ve never had a bug problem at Sunset Key before (and I`ve always had food in the kitchen), I don`t know if this is the exception, but I expect they aren`t keeping up with a pest program.

9. I think part of the problem might have been phones deactivating the keys???The pool and beach were both great and not too busy which was nice.
