5. If you don't run the AC all the time the noise from the infrastructure or the drunks coming past your room until 2:30AM screaming 'bleep you' at their spouse (probably too common in Key West so maybe not a fault here) will drive you nuts.

6. The rooms for the most part have problems with noise from AC condensors, theirs or the neighbors, or there's a boat in the harbor with a diesel generator running all night.
