7. The staff and service were fine, but the room was a bit worn and tattered, and what really turned me off was when I looked in the shower saw not only some mold/mildew in the tile and grout, but also the bar of soap --complete with body hair attached-- that the PREVIOUS occupant had left behind.

9. The area they put us in was very low grade; worn, dirty looking carpets, thin walls (could hear rooms next door and overhead), shabby towels, old television - remote did not work well.
