6. Loved the hotel, there were lots of dump thing the staff made that affected the experience - room keys continuously not working and voided (with no record of us being there at one point), getting coffee at the restaurant they called and complained continuously and made me return claiming I hadn't paid the $6 when another server had picked up payment (& tip) and didn't tell anyone, the restaurant wouldn't seat us on the patio for breakfast saying it was reserved when it wasn't full to begin with and only became deserted during the course of our meal.
