1. The shower was mildewed around the top, the fixtures were so old that it was difficult to get the water to stop running in the sink, and the sink was so slow draining that I had to wait a couple of times for it to drain while I was washing my face so that it wouldn't overflow.

2. The staff and service were fine, but the room was a bit worn and tattered, and what really turned me off was when I looked in the shower saw not only some mold/mildew in the tile and grout, but also the bar of soap --complete with body hair attached-- that the PREVIOUS occupant had left behind.

3. The carpet in my room was filthy, the bath and shower area had mildew in the grout and caulking, the bed was hard as a rock, and the pillows on the bed they must have inherited from the old 'Its a small world' exhibit at Disney.
