I was sadly disappointed -- the hotel needs to be updated; the lobby was drab and uninviting (I remember the past when the fire was always roaring and guests happily conversed there); the hotel was short-staffed; the carpet in our room was dirty; AND most upsetting was that when I turned back the bed, there were UNSIGHTLY stains of a human nature enveloping the blanket.
